Neuroscience and language

So it seems that we are very near to read the mind and translate what someone is thinking or at least the word which he is thinking of. See here.

As we have though, each word is full of features which correspond to a brain process. If we could find and describe all the possible features that underlie any language, we could help neuroscientists with their work.
For example, if we take a word like eat, we could split it in lots of features like do, introduce, move, food, mouth... So all the brain processes related to these features will work when someone says ¡or thinks! of that word.
